One of the topics we discussed today was viral marketing; this happens when people who like you, gossip about your business. The problem that you have is that people need to know, like and trust you before they can gossip about you.

And as Anita, from Creative Marketing, said, "You need to also exceed the expectations of people who do business with you". As an example: Anita started gossiping about the service she got from Toyota. This business did nothing else but gave her more than what she expected. She did not want to take her car for a service because it’s a hassle but when Toyota made her interaction a pleasure she started gossiping. Toyota got free publicity today.

This is what this Simon’s Town business to to business meeting is all about.

Here you can get free publicity by getting your fellow business people to gossip the good news about you. But you need to get these business people to know, like and trust you.

It was great to have two new business people at the Simon’s Town meeting.
